Cafe des Artistes has been an important part of the Puerto Vallarta restaurant scene for over 16 years, and as such, Chef Blouet's triology of restaurants have been photographed by some of the most talented professional photographers in Mexico.
Our photo galleries showcase Chef Blouet's special dishes that are visual as well as epicurean works of art, the elegant atmosphere that was inspired by the relationship between architecture and landscape and the Michael Costantini sculptures that are dramatically displayed to create a totally unique, modern backdrop for the wine bar.

Located at Guadalupe Sanchez 740, in the heart of downtown, Cafe des Artistes and the Thierry Blouet Cocina de Autor are open every evening at 6 pm, with last food orders at 11:30 pm.
